摘　　要：目的:探讨大数据带给图书馆诸多的影响和挑战。方法:通过从大数据的特点、意义和特征入手,探讨大数据带给医院图书馆知识服务的困惑。结果:提出了大数据挑战中的医院图书馆在大数据的知识服务中发挥的作用。结论:医院图书馆资源要适应大数据发展的要求,应具有大数据特征,应以数据为基石,完善资源建设,做好知识服务。Objective： To explord out a lot of impact and challenge brought by large data to library. Methods： Through from the features and the significance and characteristics of big data, discuss big data bringing confusion of knowledge service on hospital library. Results： Put forward that the hospital library of big data can play the role of knowledge service in the big data challenge. Conclusion： The resources of hospital library should be adapted to the demands of the development of big data, being of big data characteristic, with data as the foundation, improving the resources construction and doing knowledge service well.
