摘 要:光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)对多种疾病包括肿瘤、微生物感染等具有良好的治疗效果。PDT最重要的三个要素是:光敏剂、光源、氧。PDT主要是通过光敏剂在光照后产生光毒性,从而杀死相应的肿瘤细胞或者微生物。目前光敏剂的缺点主要是其疏水性,从而会在水相中聚集,并且有较低的肿瘤选择性。纳米光敏剂与传统的光敏剂相比,有疗效更高,亲水性、生物利用度、靶向性更强等优点。本文主要介绍纳米光敏剂靶向作用于消化道肿瘤的研究和新进展。Photodynamic therapy(PDT) has a good effect on a variety of diseases,including cancer,microbial infection and so on.PDT involves the use of light,photosensitizer(PS) and oxygen.The excitation of photosensitizer with light will produce Reactive Oxygen Species(ROS) and singlet oxygen which are commonly accepted to be the main cytotoxic species that are formed and lead to the destruction of cancer cells.Due to its hydrophobicity,traditional photosensitizerswill gather in aqueous phaseand has a lower selectivity for tumor.Compared with them,nano-photosensitizers have higher efficacy,enhanced hydrophilicity and bioavailability,better targeting ability,and faster metabolic clearance rate in the liver.This review will discuss recent advances made in thenano-photosensitizer used for thephotodynamic therapy of abdomenmalignant.
