摘 要:目的比较酶解及未酶解发酵全蝎粉水提液超滤后各部位抗病毒活性。方法白僵菌孢子粉、酶解及未酶解发酵全蝎粉经水提后,对提取液进行超滤分段,各得>8 k Da、<8 k Da分子量段,以利巴韦林为对照,采用H1N1-Hep2、RSV-Hep2细胞体外病毒感染模型,进行体外抗H1N1、RSV作用的对比实验。结果未酶解发酵全蝎粉水提液>8 k Da段抗H1N1、RSV病毒TI指数分别为184.81、398.59;酶解发酵全蝎粉水提液<8 k Da段抗H1N1病毒TI指数为53.47。结论未酶解发酵全蝎粉水提液>8 k Da段具有显著的抗H1N1、RSV活性;酶解发酵全蝎粉水提液<8 k Da段具有显著的抗H1N1活性。Objective To compare the antiviral activity of Buthus marstesii Karsch powder of fermentation and its zymolyte in each part of the water extraction after the ultrafiltration. Methods The spore powder of Beauve- ria bassiana, fermented Buthus marstesii Karsch powder and its zymolyte were extracted with water and ultrafil- trated to obtain the 〉 8 kDa section and 〈 8 kDa section, respectively. Then we used the ribavirin for reference substance, and H1N1-Hep2 and RSV-Hep2 cells as in vitro infection model to compare with the anti H1N1 and RSV effects in vitro. Results The TI index of the 〉 8 kDa section before the enzymolysis was 184.81 and the 398.59. The TI index of the 〈 8 kDa after the enzymolysis was 53.47. Conclusion The 〉 8 kDa period before enzymolysis has significant anti H1N1 and RSV activity; while the 〈 8 kDa after the enzymolysis has significant activity against H 1N 1.
