摘　　要：查阅近年来国内外的相关文献及资料,并进行分析、归纳、总结。目前在临床上广泛使用的制剂主要有苦参碱注射剂、胶囊剂、片剂和栓剂等。对苦参碱缓控释制剂、透皮吸收制剂、靶向制剂、凝胶系统、微球、纳米粒等新剂型的研究也取得了很大进展。加强苦参碱制剂方面的研究,有利于提高其疗效,对于全面开发利用苦参碱具有十分深远的意义。Literature and data at home and abroad in the past 5 years were retrieved, analyzed, and summed up. The preparation is now widely used in clinical practice, including matrine injections, capsules, tablets and sup- positories. The relevant research of new dosege forms such as matrine sustained, controlled release preparations, transdermal absorption preparation, targeting agents, gel system, microspheres and nanoparticles new dosage forms have also made great progress. Strengthening the study ofmatrine formulation is helpful to fully develop matrine.
