摘 要:目的了解阿托品对氧乐果中毒小鼠全血胆碱酯酶及脑胆碱酯酶急性重活化的作用。方法昆明种小鼠30只,雄雌各半,随机分成对照组(生理盐水)、氧乐果+生理盐水组、氧乐果+阿托品组3组,每组10只,皮下注射,20min后处死动物,采集样品,采用三氯化铁分光光度法测定全血和脑胆碱酯酶活力。结果 3组全血胆碱酯酶活力百分数方差分析结果显示,差异有统计学意义(F=5.854,P<0.01);两两比较显示,对照组(生理盐水)和氧乐果+生理盐水组全血胆碱酯酶活力百分数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组脑胆碱酯酶活力百分数方差分析结果显示,差异有统计学意义(F=3.667,P<0.05);两两比较显示,对照组(生理盐水)和氧乐果+生理盐水组脑胆碱酯酶活力百分数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧乐果中毒对小鼠全血和脑胆碱酯酶活力产生抑制,阿托品对氧乐果中毒小鼠全血和脑胆碱酯酶有重活化作用。[Objective]To learn the acute reactivated effect of atropine on whole blood cholinesterase and brain cholinesterase of mice with omethoate poisoning. [Methods]30 Kunming strain mice, half male and half female, were randomly divided into the control group (normal saline), omethoate+normal saline group, and omethoate+atropine group, 10 mice in each group. The animals were treated with hypodermic injection, and killed 20 minutes later to collect the samples. Ferric trichloride spectrophotometry was used to detect the actives of whole blood cholinesterase and brain cholinesterase. [Results]The variance analysis showed that the difference in whole blood choliuesterase activity was statistically significant among three groups (F=5.854,P〈0.01), and the pairwise comparison showed that there was statistically significant difference in whole blood cholinesterase activity between the control group and omethoate + normal saline group (P〈0.01). The variance analysis showed that the difference in brain cholinesterase activity was statistically significant among three groups(F=3.667, P〈0.05 ), and the pairwise comparison showed that there was statistically significant difference in brain cholinesterase activity between the control group and omethoate+normal saline group (P〈0.05).[Conclusion]Omethoate poisoning can inhibit the actives of whole blood cholinesterase and brain cholinesterase in mice, and atropine has a reactivated effect on cholincsterase of mice with omethoate poisoning.
