农村“三产融合”发展的内生条件及实现路径探析

摘　　要："三产融合"是以第一产业农业为融合主体,第二产业工业为经济支撑,第三产业为主攻方向的叠加发展形式。"三产融合"发展应是在农村经济发展到相应期间和市场发展到相应程度后,不同产业间因市场需求不断变化而自发生成的结果。文章认为,农村"三产融合"的条件是新型农业经营主体的培育,核心是土地的适度集中和规模经营,基础是农村经济发展水平的提升和市场经济的成熟,关键是资金的投入。＂The Three Industries＇ Integration＂ is a kind of fusion development mode which takes agriculture as the main body, the industry as economic support and the tertiary industry as the main direction of development. ＂The Three Industries＇ Integration＂ is the constantly result of the rural economic development and market development reach to a corresponding degree and a constantly changing of market demand in different industries. The conditions of ＂The Three Industries＇ Integration＂ are to foster new agricultural operation subjects, the core is the land gathering and reasonable management scale, the base is the update of rural economy and market economy, the key is capital investment.
