摘 要:为改善普通胶合木梁受弯时挠度过大以及木材抗压强度和钢筋抗拉强度的利用不充分等缺点,提出一种新型预应力配筋胶合木梁构件。通过3组预应力配筋胶合木梁、1组普通配筋胶合木梁、1组普通胶合木梁的受弯试验,分析了普通胶合木梁、配筋胶合木梁、不同预应力水平的预应力配筋胶合木梁的受弯性能。结果表明:预应力配筋胶合木梁与普通胶合木梁相比,受弯极限承载力提高31.3%~64.4%、抗弯刚度约提高33.33%。配筋数量相同时,随着预加力的增大,构件的极限承载力提高,而抗弯刚度基本不变。配筋适量、预加力适度时,预应力配筋胶合木梁可以更好的利用木材抗压强度和钢筋抗拉强度,有效的减小梁的挠度变形,破坏时表现出较为明显的塑性破坏特征。To improve the disadvantages of excessive deflection of common glue-lumber beam under bending and utilization inadequacy of timber compressive strength and reinforcement tensile strength,we proposed a new type of prestressed reinforced glue-lumber beam component. By bending test of three groups of prestressed reinforced glue-lumber beam,one group of common reinforced glue-lumber beam and one group of common glue-lumber beam,we measured the bending performance of common glue-lumber beam,reinforced glue-lumber beam and prestressed reinforced glue-lumber beam under different level of prestress. Compared to common glue-lumber beam,the range of ultimate flexural bearing capacity of prestressed reinforced glue-lumber beam was increased by 31.3%-64.4%,and the flexural rigidity was increased by 33.33%.Under the same amount of reinforcement,with the increase of prestress,ultimate flexural bearing capacity of component was increased,but the flexural rigidity had no change. With the proper amount of reinforcement and moderate prestress,the prestressed reinforced glue-lumber beam can make better use of timber compressive strength and reinforcement tensile strength,and decrease the deflection deformation effectively,and it behaved obvious plastic failure characteristics when damaged.
