摘　　要：目的探讨社区中不同性别的精神分裂症患者在首次发病年龄、家族史、药物依从性等方面的差异。方法 2014年6月-8月通过自制调查表对372例精神分裂症患者进行调查分析。结果家族史、病前性格、受教育状况、年龄、发作类型和病程无性别差异(P<0.05);男性首次发病的平均年龄为(24.92±8.22)岁,显著早于女性[(27.02±11.28)岁],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性未婚者(115例,58.97%)显著多于女性(81例,45.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性服药完全依从者(127例,71.75%)多于男性(115例,58.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同性别的精神分裂症患者存在首发年龄,婚姻状况、服药依从性等方面的差异,提示针对不同性别的患者应在预防、治疗及康复措施上有所区别。Objective To investigate the dif erence in first onset age,family history and medication compliance between male and female patients with schizophrenia in communities.Methods We used self-designed questionnaire to survey and analyze 372 cases of schizophrenia between June to August 2014.Results There were no signii cant dif erences between male and female schizophrenic patients in the family history,personality before the disease,education level,age,and the onset type and disease course（P〉0.05）.The first onset age of male patients [（24.92±8.22） years] was signii cantly earlier than female patients [（27.02±11.28） years] and the dif erence was statistically signii cant（P〈 0.05）.The number of unmarried male patients（115,58.97%） was signii cantly more than unmarried females（81,45.76%） and the dif erence was statistically signii cant（P〈 0.05）.The full medication compliance rate of female patients（127,71.75%） was signii cantly better than that of male patients（115,58.97%）（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The first onset age,marital status and medication compliance are significantly different between the two genders of patients with schizophrenia,which indicates that prevention,treatment and recovery measures for male and female patients should be dif erentiated.
