摘 要:以聚乙烯中空纤维微滤膜为底膜,聚乙烯醇(PVA)和凹凸棒黏土(ATP)为制膜液,采用溶液涂敷法制备了不同ATP含量的聚乙烯/聚乙烯醇-凹凸棒粘土渗透气化复合膜。对复合膜的物理化学结构进行了表征,并测试了复合膜的力学性能、耐水和透水性能。结果表明,PVA与ATP两者通过氢键作用,提高了复合膜的力学性能和耐水性能,当ATP悬浮液含量为5%时,复合膜的性能较好;同时,ATP的掺入会使复合膜的透水率降低,但远小于交联剂丁二酸的影响。Polyethylene hollow fiber microfiltration membranes were selected as supported layer,polyvinylalcohol and attapulgite were selected as raw materials to prepare pervaporation composite membranes via solution coating method.The physical and chemical structures of the composite membranes were characterized. The mechanical,water resistance and permeability properties of the composite membranes were tested. The results reveal that PVA and ATP are chemically bonded in the form of hydrogen bonds. Then,the water resistance and mechanical properties of composite membranes are improved greatly. When the mass fraction of ATP suspension is 5%,the composite membranes exhibit better properties in this work. Meanwhile,the introduction of ATP would increase the water permeability of the composite membrane,but much lower than the effect of cross-linking agent( succinic acid).
