中职人才培养区域特色课程资源整合探究——以四川藏区为例

摘　　要：藏区文化资源多类型并存与发展水平的不平衡性等显著特点,为中职人才培养模式的改革提供了依据。藏区中职学校的课程资源整合对人才培养模式创新的途径应聚焦于实现理论与实践教学的紧密结合,着力加强专业特色打造,整合区域特色课程资源,促成课程开发的放权与多元,加强学校-社区合作,创新中职人才培养模式。The coexistence of diversified cultural resources and the imbalanced development in Tibetan-inhibited areas call for a reform of the talent training mode of secondary vocational schools. In innovating talent training mode,the integration of course resources should be focused on applying theories into teaching practice, developing characteristic specialties, integrating course resources with regional characteristics,devolving power in developing diverse courses,strengthening school-community cooperation and innovating the training mode of secondary vocational talents.
