角向磨光机切割砂轮护罩的创新设计

摘　　要：基于传统型角向磨光机1型、41型和42型切割砂轮护罩的改进设计,改善使用者在切割操作中对工件切割位置的可见性,提高切割精度和切割效率。可调式动护罩将可遮盖的砂轮非切割区域由180°提高至210°,降低因砂轮爆裂而带来的人身伤害事故风险。An improved design based on the conventional cutting wheel guards, such as type-l, 41 and 42 guards for angle grinders, which can provides better vision over the work piece for the user, particularly in a cutting operation, thus cutting precision and efficiency are all increased. The new slicer guard covers approximately 210 degrees from the original 180 degrees of the wheel periphery and approximately half of each both surfaces of the wheel, which reduces the risks of injuries due to the blasting of the wheel.
