P-cadherin和34βE12在乳腺柱状细胞病变中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P-cadherin和34βE12在乳腺柱状细胞病变中的表达与意义。方法采用En Vision免疫组化染色法检测P-cadherin和34βE12在乳腺柱状细胞改变和增生(columnar cell changes and hyperplasia,CCCH)及平坦型上皮非典型增生(flat epithelial atypia,FEA)中的表达水平,评价两者在乳腺柱状细胞病变(columnar cell lesions,CCLs)中的诊断意义。结果P-cadherin在CCCH中阳性表达为96.0%(72/75),在FEA中阳性表达为45.5%(5/11),表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);34βE12在CCCH中阳性表达为77.3%(58/75),在FEA中阳性表达为27.3%(3/11),表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 P-cadherin和34βE12有助于CCCH与FEA的临床病理诊断。Objective To explore the expressions and significance of P-cadherin and 34βE12 in breast columnar cell lesions. Methods En Vision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of P- cadherin and 34βE12 in breast columnar cell changes and hyperplasia（ CCCH） and flat epithelial atypical hyperplasia（ FEA）,the diagnostic significance of P-cadherin and 34βE12 in columnar cell lesions（ CCLs） were evaluated. Results The positive expression rates of P-cadherin were 96. 0%（ 72 /75） in CCCH and45. 5% in FEA（ 5 /11）,there was statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The positive expression rates of 34βE12 were 77. 3%（ 58 /75） in CCCH and 27. 3%（ 3 /11） in FEA,there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion P-cadherin and34βE12 can be used for clinical pathological diagnosis of CCCH and FEA.
