摘　　要：为解决限位板-限位销磨损问题,通过Solidworks软件对EBZ-260型掘进机截割减速器第1级太阳轮进行三维精确建模,模拟真实的载荷情况,利用Solidworks Simulation对三维模型进行有限元静力学分析,进而得出第1级太阳轮花键齿部变形,带入轴向力计算模型计算得出太阳轮所受轴向力,最后分析了影响轴向力的其他因素计算求得总轴向力,为限位板-限位销磨损量数值分析模型提供了精确载荷数据。In order to solve the wearing problem of stopper plate and pin, the software Solidworks is used to conduct accurate 3D modeling against the first-stage sun gear on cutting reducer of EBZ-260 type roadheader, and simulate the actual load conditions; the software Solidworks Simulation is used to conduct finite element static analysis against the 3D model, so as to obtain the deformation of spline tooth of first-stage sun gear, which shall be brought into the calculation model to calculate the axial force suffered by the sun gear, finally, other factors influencing the axial force are analyzed and the general axial force is calculated; therefore, it provides accurate load data for the numerical analysis model of the wear loss of stopper plate and pin.
