摘  要:针对柴油机双层隔振系统,建立了柴油机整机振动力学模型,利用MATLAB编制了双层隔振系统计算及优化程序,并在此基础上利用GUI开发了相应的振动计算分析及优化软件,可对柴油机双层隔振系统十二自由度及十八自由度模型进行固有频率、解耦度、传递率、支撑处受力和振动烈度等隔振性能指标计算分析,并以解耦度、支撑处受力和振动烈度为目标对系统隔振器刚度参数进行多目标优化设计。该软件人机交互性良好、操作简单、计算及优化功能完善、计算速度快。经实际工程项目使用,结果表明计算方法正确、运行稳定可靠,对动力设备隔振设计具有实际的指导意义和应用价值,可以满足工程需要。Considering the diesel two-stage vibration isolation system, a mechanics model of diesel vibration is made, and relative calculation and optimization program is compiled by MATLAB. Based on this program, the corresponding vibration calculation and optimization software is developed by using GUI to calculate the natural frequency, decoupling, force transfer rate, supporting force, vibration intensity and other vibration isolation performance indexes, and to perform the multi-objective optimization design of the isolator stiffness. The software is characterized by good human-computer interaction, simple operation ,perfect function and fast calculation speed. After used in the practical engineering project ,the results show that the calculation method is correct and the operation is stable and reliable, and it has practical guiding significance and application value for the vibration isolation design of power equipment, which can meet the engineering needs.
