逍遥针法治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察逍遥针法治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效及对血清胃泌素水平的影响。方法将95例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组,逍遥针组48例给予逍遥针法治疗,西药组47例给予多潘立酮口服治疗。2组均治疗28 d。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血清胃泌素水平、症状积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、NDI生活质量评分变化情况。结果逍遥针组愈显率明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清胃泌素水平均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且逍遥针组明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后及随访时症状积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),NDI生活质量评分均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且逍遥针组各指标改善情况均明显优于西药组(P均<0.05)。结论逍遥针法治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,可促进胃泌素分泌,明显改善患者抑郁状态,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyao acupuncture on functional dyspepsia and effect on serum gastrin. Methods 95 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into 2 groups： Xiaoyao acupuncture group（ n = 48） treated with Xiaoyao acupuncture,western medicine group（ n = 47） treated with Domperidone by oral administration. Both the groups were treated for 28 days. The clinical curative effect and the changes of serum gastrin level,symptom scores,HAMD scores,NDI life quality scores before and after treatment were observed. Results The excellent rate of Xiaoyao acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum level of gastrin after treatment was higher than that before treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the increase was more significant in Xiaoyao acupuncture group than that in western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）. The symptom scores,HAMD scores were lower while NDI life quality scores were higher after treatment than that before treatment in both group,and the increase or decease in Xiaoyao acupuncture group was more significant than that in western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Xiaoyao acupuncture has a good curative effect on functional dyspepsia,which can increase secretion of gastrin,obviously improve depression status and life quality of the patients and is is worthy of popularization and application.
