摘 要:目的探讨预加热对4种光固化复合树脂显微硬度近期及远期的影响。方法选用Z250、Dyract、Tetric、SDR4种树脂,每种树脂制作24个试件,直径5 mm,厚度2 mm,随机分成3组,每组8个,分别在3种温度下(室温,加热至37℃,加热至55℃)用光固化灯进行光照固化,显微硬度计测试固化即刻、固化后24 h、固化后1周及固化后1个月的顶部和底部的显微硬度,采用SPSS对数据进行分析。结果除了Dyract,其他3种树脂在3种温度下的顶部和底部显微硬度无显著差异;4种树脂经预加热后显微硬度与室温下的显微硬度无显著差异;4种树脂固化后一段时间内的硬度比固化即刻的硬度高,且随时间的延长有所增加,并趋于稳定。结论预加热对此4种光固化复合树脂的显微硬度无影响。Objective To determine both short-term and long-term effect of preheating on the microhardness of 4 composite resins.Methods 24 samples( 5 mm diameter × 2 mm height) of each of the 4 composite materials( Z250,Dyract,Tetric and SDR),were divided randomly into 3 groups( n = 8 per group). These groups were cured respectively with curing light at 3 different temperatures( room temperature,pre-heated to 37 ℃,pre-heated to 55 ℃). After curing,microhardness of both top and bottom surfaces of each sample was measured by microhardness tester at moments,24 hours later,1 week later and 1 month later. Data were analyzed by SPSS. Results There was no significant difference in microhardness between top and bottom of the 3 composite resins at 3 different temperatures except Dyract. There was no significant difference in microhardness between the 4 composite resins at 3 different temperatures. With the time lapsing,the microhardness of the 4 composite resins gradually increased and finally tended to stability. Conclusion Preheating has no effect on microhardness of these 4 composite resins.
