摘　　要：企业是技术创新的主体,有效测度企业技术创新动力对于企业创新驱动发展具有重要意义。为此,引入模糊测度和模糊积分理论,对企业技术创新动力测度进行了梳理,以企业技术创新模式为基础,从内部研发动力、技术合作动力、创新环境动力三方面提出了企业技术创新动力测度指标体系,建立了基于模糊积分的企业技术创新动力测度模型,对大连3家软件企业调查数据样本进行了实证分析,以验证评价体系的科学性与可操作性。研究发现企业技术创新动力主要受到创新模式和创新环境的影响,企业在技术创新过程中必须高度重视模式的合理选择和推进,并构建宽松、包容的企业创新文化。为此,企业需要从加强创新资源的累积、注重企业协同创新和形成良好创新机制方面予以改进。The enterprise is the subject of technological innovation, and it is of great significance for innovation-driven developm- ent to measure enterprise technological innovation dynamics effectively. For this purpose, the methods of fuzzy measurement and integral are introduced and research on technological innovation dynamics is summarized. Based on innovation model, an evaluation index system of technological innovation dynamics of the enterprise is proposed. The index system covers three major aspects： internal R＆D, technical cooperation and innovation environment. Then, the fuzzy integral method is used to assess enterprise technological innovation dynamics and the empirical analysis on samples of investigation data from three software outsoureing enterprises is conducted to testify the scientificity and operability of measurement system. The research shows that enterprise technological innovation dynamics is mainly affected by innovation pattern and environment, so the enterprise must attach great importance to rational selection and propulsion of technological innovation mode in the innovation process and build a loose and inclusive enterprise innovation culture. Suggestions about enterprise innovation are put forward from accumulating innovation resources, focusing on enterprise cooperative innovation and forming a good innovation mechanism.
