摘 要:目的研究四倍体巴戟天Morinda officinalis How.根的结构与其蒽醌类化合物的关系。方法石蜡切片和荧光显微镜鉴定四倍体巴戟天根的结构,紫外分光光度法测定蒽醌类化合物的含有量。结果四倍体巴戟天根的结构与其二倍体相似。蒽醌类化合物的含有量增加,但密度略有下降。结论四倍体与二倍体巴戟天的品质无明显差异。AIM To explore the relationship between the structure of tetraploid Morinda officinalis How. root and its anthraquinones. METHODS Paraffin section and fluorescence microscopy observation were applied to identifying the structure of tetraploid Morinda officinalis root. Then ultraviolet specterphotometry was used for measuring the contents of anthraquinones. RESULTS The structure of tetraploid Morinda officinalis root was similar to its diploidy. The contents of anthraquinones were increased,but the density was silghtly decreased. CONCLUSION The qualities of tetraploid and diploidy Morinda officinalis have no significant difference.
