摘  要:以鱼粉作为主要蛋白源、脂肪源选用鱼油、面粉为糖源,设计了等氮(45.2%)等能的6组试验饲料,分别为新鲜鱼油加VC0 mg/kg(FF0)、新鲜鱼油加VC700 mg/kg(FF700)、氧化鱼油加VC0 mg/kg(OF0)、氧化鱼油加VC350 mg/kg(OF350)、氧化鱼油加VC700 mg/kg(OF700)及氧化鱼油加VC1 400 mg/kg(OF1400)。新鲜鱼油和氧化鱼油的过氧化值分别为7.67 meq/kg和128.47 meq/kg。饲喂大口黑鲈75 d后,评价氧化鱼油和VC对大口黑鲈幼鱼抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:各组间大口黑鲈存活率差异显著;肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性随着差异添加量的增加而升高。新鲜鱼油的两个饲料组中,肝脏GSH-PX活性在FF0和FF350组之间没有显著性差异,但其含量FF700组高于FF0组。在氧化鱼油的4个饲料组中,肝脏GSH-PX活性OF0组显著低于其他组,且随着VC添加量的升高呈现上升趋势。总之,饲料的氧化鱼油会增加鱼体内的氧化压力,但添加超过700 mg/kg的VC即可改善大口黑鲈幼鱼的生长及健康状况。A 75-day feeding experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of oxidized fish oil and different levels of vitamin C on growth and antioxidant ability of juvenile largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoide) fed six isonitrogenous(45.7%) and isoenergetic diets. Test diets were formulated with two different quality of fish oil,fresh oil and oxidized fish oil. Fresh fish oil was with 2 levels of vitamin C(0 and 700 mg/kg), the oxidized fish oil was with 4 levels of vitamin C(0,350,700 and 1400 mg/kg). The peroxide values(POV) of fresh and oxidized fish oil were 7.67 and 128.47 meq/kg oil, respectively. These test diets were abbreviated to FF0, FF700,OF0,OF350,OF700 and OF1400. Results showed that the survival rate of largemouth bass was significantly different among groups. GSHPX activity in liver of group OF0 was the lowest among test groups with oxidized fish oil. These results suggested that dietary oxidized fish oil increased the oxidative stress condition of largemouth bass, but more than 700 mg/kg vitamin C supplement would improve the growth and health of juvenile largemouth bass.
