高技术产业技术创新影响因素及绩效评价的省际分析

摘　　要：为更好地分析高技术产业技术创新的影响因素及创新绩效,构建高技术产业技术创新影响因素和绩效评价指标体系,运用灰关联分析方法和数据包络分析法对我国31个省市的高技术产业技术创新影响因素及绩效进行了实证研究.分析结果表明,R&D人员数和新产品开发经费支出对创新绩效影响最大;北京、天津等16个省市的高技术产业创新绩效处于DEA有效状态,其他省市处于非DEA有效状态.In order to better analyze the influencing factors and innovation performance of high-tech industrialtechnology innovation,the innovation and performance evaluation index system of high-tech industry is constructed,and the influence factors and performance in 31 provinces of our country are studied by grey relational analysismethod and data envelopment analysis. The analysis results show that the number of personnel and the new productdevelopment expenses have the biggest influence on innovation performance. The high tech industry innovationperformance in 16 provinces,such as Beijing,Tianjin and other provinces is in DEA state,and other provinces arein the non-DEA effective state.
