摘　　要：目的探索项目化管理理论在提高医学研究生培养质量中的应用。方法按照项目生命周期理论将医学研究生的培养项目进行阶段化划分,结合矩阵式组织结构的构建,确定周期内每一阶段的项目目标、输入及输出、责任落实主体等,并结合PDCA循环进行持续优化和改进。结果基于项目化管理构建的医学研究生培养质量保障体系逐步完善,对培养质量提升起到较好促进作用。结论在医学研究生培养过程中引入现代项目管理理论,构建项目化、规范化、体系化的培养流程,有助于提高培养质量,为社会输送更优秀的高层次医学人才。Objective To explore the application of project management theory in medical postgraduate training.MethodsAccording to the project life cycle theory,the postgraduate medical training was divided into different stages;combing with the construction of the matrix organization structure,the project objectives,input,output and the main implement responsibility of each stage in the cycle was concerned,and continuous optimization and improvement was made combine with the PDCA cycle.Results The guarantee system of the medical postgraduate training based on the project management improved gradually and played a good promotion role in improving the training quality.Conclusions Introducing modern project management theory into the process of medical postgraduate training,and building projected,standardized,systematic training processes was helpful for improving the training quality.
