摘  要:AMT应用于混合动力汽车中,采用电机与变速器输出轴耦合后置双轴式结构,在换挡期间提供动力补充,既发挥了其传递效率高、转矩容量大的优点,又能发挥如同无级变速器动力连续输出的长处来提高整车动力性能。通过对换挡过程中电机助力力矩的求解并在MATLAB/Simulink中建立的整车电辅助控制策略中实现,在Avl-Cruise中建立整车仿真模型进行联合仿真研究。仿真结果证明,在换挡过程中加速度没有明显下降,同时速度维持了上升趋势,可以改善整车的动力性。AMT is used in hybrid electric vehicle,and the motor and gearbox output shaft coupling rear twin-shaft type structure is adopted,so during the shifting time,the motor will provide power to drive the car,which play the advantages of high transmission efficiency,great capacity of torque and continuous output can play as stepless transmission power strength,and the power performance is improved.By solving the motor power torque during the process of shift,the vehicle simulation model is established in the Avl- Cruise and electric auxiliary strategy of vehicle is built in the MATLAB / Simulink for united simulation studying.The simulation results show that,in the process of shifting,the vehicle acceleration is not obvious drop,at the same time,the speed maintain upward trend,the power performance of vehicle can be improved.
