摘　　要：先秦法家有着丰富的道德思想,其道德思想秉承和谐社会的道德理念,承认人性之私并主张有效制之,同时秉承"以法为德""以吏为师"的原则,成为调节人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系的社会规范,对当今全社会进行道德教育、提高人们的道德水平和加强对党员干部的道德修养及法治教育具有重要启示。The Pre-Qin legalist school has rich ethical thoughts. Its moral thoughts adhere to the harmonious society＇s moral philosophy,admit the selfish nature and advocate effective administration while regarding＂the law as morality＂and the＂officials as master＂,the principle that regulate the relationship between man and man,man and society,man and nature,which gives enlightenment for the whole present society to carry out moral education,improve people＇s moral level and strengthen the moral education of the Party members and cadres and legal education.
