摘  要:目的测定丁香对口腔临床常见优势菌生长的影响,从而初步确定其在口腔临床的药用价值.方法采用美国国立实验室标准化委员会推荐的厌氧菌药物敏感试验——琼脂稀释法,测定丁香对21株口腔临床常见优势菌模式株、临床分离株的体外抗菌活性,用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)表示.结果丁香对10株致龋优势菌的MIC值均为20 mg/m L;对11株牙髓根尖周炎、牙周病的常见优势菌的MIC值范围为2.5~10 mg/m L.结论丁香对实验细菌的生长均有抑制作用,提示其在口腔细菌性疾病的临床治疗中具有潜在的药用价值.Objective The study was aimed to definite the medicinal value of Syzygium aromaticum in oral clinical medicine by determining its antibacterial effect on the growth of oral predominant bacteria in vitro. Methods Agar dilution method was used to determine the antimicrobial activity of S. aromaticum to 21 kinds of oral model strains and clinical isolates. The results were expressed by minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC). Results S.aromaticum was effective to all the oral predominant bacteria. The MIC was 20 mg/ml for ten kinds of cariogenic bacteria. For eleven kinds of predominant bacteria which normally involved in pulp periapical disease and periodontitis, the MICs were between 2.5 mg/m L and 10 mg/ml. Conclusion S. aromaticum could inhibit the growth of normal oral predominant bacteria in vitro. It could be used in the treatment or prevention of oral bacterial diseases.
