国外高等职业教育制度对我国的启示

摘　　要：高等职业教育在西方发达国家有自己的发展方式和特色,在人才培养方面注重技术应用与开发能力的培养,在教学方式、手段方面具有很强的实践性。认真研究我国的具体国情,有选择地借鉴和引入国外高等职业教育的有益经验和先进模式,对我国高等职业教育的发展具有重要意义。Western developed countries have their own modes and features to conduct senior vocational education. In terms of talent cultivation, they focus on learners＇ competence to apply and develop technologies, while in terms of educational modes and approaches,they emphasize much on practice. We should carefully study our practical situation, reasonably refer to and introduce beneficial experience and advance modes from overseas senior vocational education, which will be of great significance to the development of our senior vocational education.
