摘 要:河口黄河大桥为兰州(新城)至永靖沿黄河快速通道的重难点控制工程,主桥采用主跨360m的结合梁斜拉桥。为解决大桥钢梁合龙状态在气温变化时较为敏感的问题,文中采用灰色系统理论对在低温状态下合龙时的误差进行了分析,同时考虑温度效应及系统误差,计算出合龙口顶板间隙应缩减10mm,采用索力适当调整保证无应力长度不变的自然低温合龙方案,代替传统顶推强制合龙方案。大桥的顺利合龙证明了该理论及方案的可行性。The estuary Yellow River Bridge belongs to the key and difficult engineering along the Yellow River fast track from Lanzhou(new city)to Yongjing,and its main bridge adopts the bond beam cable-stayed bridge with the main span 360 m.Taking estuary Yellow River Bridge as an example,under low temperature condition,grey system theory is used to analyze the closure error and consider the effect of temperature and system error at the same time,and it is calculated that the roof plate clearance needs to be cut 10 mm at the final closure,and the cable force is appropriately adjusted to ensure unstressed,natural and low temperature closure with constant length.This replaces the traditional pusher forced closure plan and saves the time for a project.
