摘　　要：随着社会的进步和科技的发展,当代社会对大学生科研创新能力的要求越来越高。公安院校人才培养,要转变实验教学理念,有意识地培养学生的科研兴趣,通过实施具体的科研活动培养学生的科研能力,建立健全考核评价和激励机制,形成公安院校的科研型人才培养模式。With the development of social progress and scientific technology,higher demands on scientific research and innovation are needed to the college students. Talents training of public security colleges could be improved through changing experimental teaching ideas,cultivating students＇ interests on scientific research intentionally,developing students＇ research ability by applying some concrete scientific research activities,setting up and amplifying assessment and excitation mechanism so as to form research-oriented talents training model of public security colleges
