县域城乡一体化评价及其影响因素分析——以湖南嘉禾县为例

摘　　要：基于城乡二元经济理论和城乡一体化的内涵,初步构建了4个方面21个指标的城乡一体化发展评价指标体系,采用两步主成分分析方法测算出2003-2012年嘉禾县在城乡空间一体化、经济一体化、社会一体化、生态环境一体化等4个方面的相对得分,并应用主成分分析法得到了嘉禾城乡一体化发展的相对得分,具体分析了4个方面的趋势和城乡一体化发展的总体趋势。在此基础上,总结了嘉禾城乡一体化发展的经验,提出了嘉禾城乡一体化进一步发展的政策建议。Bases on the urban-rural dual economic theory and urban-rural integration,this paper creates a preliminary evaluating system of urban-rural integration including 4 aspects and 21 norms. Using steps-principal component analysis,we measure and calculate the relative grades of these 4 aspects concerning the integration of urbanrural space,economy,society,and ecological environment from 2003-2012,as well as those of Jiahe in particular. Finally,we summarize the experience of Jiahe concerned,and propose the policy and suggestions to improve the urban-rural development.
