摘　　要：以西安邮电大学电子工程应用训练中心为例,介绍了电子工程应用训练中心在培养和提升大学生工程实践能力和创新意识方面所做的多样化工作及取得的人才培养效果,力求为地方高等院校提高人才培养质量提供借鉴和参考。Taking the electronic engineering application training center of Xi＇an University of Posts Telecommunications as an example,the paper introduces the diversified works and talent cultivation effect of training centerin cultivating and improving college students＇ engineering practice ability and innovation consciousness. These efforts could provide reference for promotingthe quality of talent cultivationin local colleges and universities.
