摘　　要：应用型大学培养目标是为社会发展提供具备一定理论基础的高等应用型人才,该培养模式下的人才培养质量保障至关重要。因此,本文通过对荷兰"H"类高校的通信工程专业人才培养模式、课程设置和教学方法等进行分析,并与我国通信工程专业人才培养质量保障体系对比,旨在提出改进措施来保障我国应用型大学工程素质人才的培养质量。The training goal of applied university is to provide higher applied talents with basic theoretical knowledge for social development, quality guarantee of talents training is very important at this training mode. Therefore, this article through to the talents training mode, curriculum management and teaching methods of communication major of the ＂H＂ colleges and universities to analyze, and comparing the guarantee system for talents training quality of our nation, aims to put forward the improvement measures to protect the training qualityoftalents who had the engineering quality of applied university in our country.
