摘  要:在全面推进依法治国和道德法律化这一大背景下,我国高校法律基础教育却出现了课程、目标、内容和教师角色的道德化倾向,导致法律基础课程教育目标难以实现、大学生法律素质难以提高和全面依法治国的愿景难以推进的不利困境。破解这一困境必须提升高校法律基础教育课程目标,恢复法律基础教育课程独立的主体地位,提高法律教育的实效性,加强高校校园的法律文化建设。Under the background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and the legalization of morality, the tendency of moral Legalization on courses, objectives, contents and the role of teachers appears in the legal bas- ic education among colleges and universities in China. It leads to the fact that the objective of legal foundation course is difficult to realize and the legal quality of college students is difficult to improve. Moreover, it's tough to fulfill the willing of comprehensively implementing governing the country by law. The keys in solving this dilemma are to improve the curriculum objectives of legal basic education in colleges and universities, recover the independ- ent subject status of legal basic education curriculum, enhance the effectiveness of legal education and strengthen legal culture construction of colleges and universities.
