摘　　要：教师职业倦怠是当前教师群体极易出现的一种普遍现象,也是一个应当引起教育行业足够重视的问题。教师的教学质量是影响国家教育事业发展的核心,职业倦怠将直接影响教学质量。有效的防治及解决教师职业倦怠有助于教师专业发展,能够为教育事业的发展与进步提供保障。产生教师职业倦怠的原因有很多,大体分为外部和内部两方面因素,应分别从这两方面着手,寻求解决措施。Job burnout it is a common phenomenon among the current teachers, as well as an issue needing the attention of the education field. Teachers＇ teaching quality is the core factor influencing the national education cause, while job burnout will directly affect teaching quality. To effectively prevent and solve teachers＇ job burnout is conducive to teachers＇ professional development and can provide a guarantee for the development and progress of the education cause. The factors causing teachers＇ job burnout are generally external and internal ones, so we should seek the solution from the two aspects.
