提升学生对学校的忠诚度的有效路径探索--以高校学工队伍的视角

摘　　要：以高校学工队伍的视角出发,通过梳理美国高校提升学生对学校忠诚度的主要做法,结合国内高校的实际情况,指出了国内高校提升学生对学校的忠诚度面临的主要困难,分析了高校学工队伍参与到学生忠诚度建设中的必要性和可行性,提出了提升学生对学校的忠诚度的有效路径。This article pointed out the primary difficulties faced by domestic universities to improve students＇ faithfulness by compared measures of American universities with the actual circumstances of domestic universities. Then we analyzed the necessity and feasibility of student affairs team＇s participation in faithfulness development. Additionally, we proposed a valid path in enhancing students＇ faithfulness to university.
