摘　　要：目的分析影响国家医学科技发展水平的主次因素,为开展国家医学科技发展水平评价提供依据。方法通过文献调研法收集、筛选影响国家医学科技发展水平的因素,并采用鱼骨图法对影响因素进行分层分析与总结,确定影响医学科技发展水平的主要因素及次要因素。结果影响国家医学科技发展水平的因素共有15项,鱼骨图显示15项影响因素中包括4项主要因素和11项次要因素。结论国家医学科技发展水平主要受医学科技投入因素、医学科技产出因素、医学科技影响因素、医学科技环境因素的影响,可以此为借鉴构建评价指标体系,开展国家医学科技发展水平评价。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the developing level of national medical science and technology（Sci Tech）, so as to offer valuable references for evaluating the developing level of Sci Tech. Methods Literature research method was used to gather and screen out the influencing factors of the developing level of national medical Sci Tech, and fishbone diagram was applied to stratify and sort these factors as primary factors and secondary factors.Results As indicated by the fishbone diagram, the developing level of national medical Sci Tech was influenced by15 factors, including 4 primary ones and 11 secondary ones. Conclusion The developing level of national medical Sci Tech is mainly influenced by the input, output, impact and environment of medical Sci Tech, which can be used as a reference for constructing an assessment indicator system to evaluate the developing level of national medical Sci Tech.
