摘　　要：高等教育国际化是我国建设高等教育强国的重要路径,也是实现"一带一路"战略的重要支撑。运用科学方法制定高等教育国际化水平评估指标体系,解析其指标独特内涵,并对中国大学的国际化水平进行量化评估,进而为中国大学科学定位办出特色加快国际化步伐提供参考,为中国建设高等教育国际化强国、制定高等教育国际化标准奠定基础。Higher education internationalization is a new important route of constructing higher education to make country powerful in China,also is an important support of ＂One Belt And One Road＂strategy. Using scientific methods to make the evaluation index system of higher education internationalization level,then analyzing its special connotation and doing quantitative evaluation for the internationalization level of the Chinese universities and colleges,these countermeasures can supply references for those Chinese universities and colleges to make scientific orientation as well as develop the characteristic,lay a foundation for constructing higher education internationalization to make country powerful and make higher education internationalization standards.
