摘　　要：胃肠道神经内分泌瘤(neuroendocrine tumors,NET)临床较少见,临床表现不尽相同,误诊率高,现对1例胃窦部NET行内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)并行病理检查及免疫组化,结合相关文献对其临床特点、组织形态学、免疫表型、治疗和预后等进行探讨和学习,以便更好地指导临床。Neuroendocrine tumor（NET） in gastrointestinal tract is rare in clinic,which has different clinical manifestations,and high misdiagnosis rates. One case of NET in the gastric antrum was reported,which was removed by endoscopic mucosal resection（ EMR） and tested by pathological and immunohistochemical method. The clinical characteristics,histomorphology,immune phenotype,treatment and prognosis combined with relevant literature were reviewed to guide the clinic.
