探讨马来酸曲美布汀片联合乌灵胶囊对胃肠功能紊乱患者血清Gas及TGF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨乌灵胶囊对胃肠功能紊乱患者血清胃泌素(gastrin,Gas)及转化生长因子-α(transforming growth factor-α,TGF-α)水平影响。方法 65例胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为对照组与实验组。对照组32例给予马来酸曲美布汀片口服,实验组33例患者在此基础上予乌灵胶囊口服,总疗程为30 d。比较治疗前后患者血清Gas及TGF-α水平及服药后TESS评分来探究乌灵胶囊对2种指标的影响。结果治疗后,2组血清胃泌素、TGF-α水平均明显提高(P<0.05),与对照组相比,实验组患者血清胃泌素、TGF-α水平较高(P<0.05)。在治疗1周、2周、4周时2组TESS评分差异均无统计学意义。结论乌灵胶囊能对人体的血清Gas和TGF-α水平有较好的调节作用,对于胃肠功能的恢复有良好的促进作用。Objective To study the influence of Wulign capsule on the serum Gas and TGF-α levels of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods Sixty four patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 32） and treatment group（ n = 33）. Patients in the control group were given trimebutine maleate tablets,one for each time,three times a day and oral administration; patients in the treatment group were given the Wulign capsule on such basis,three for each time,three times a day and oral administration. The total course of treatment was 30 days. The serum Gas and TGF-α levels as well as the TESS scores of patients before and after the treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the serum Gas levels of the two groups were both increased（ P〈0. 05）; compared to the control group,the serum Gas level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the TGF-α levels of the two groups were both increased（ P〈0. 05）; compared to the control group,the TGF-αlevel of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment of 2 weeks,the side reaction score of patients was the highest,while the score reduced after the treatment of 4 weeks. The TESS scores of the two groups after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment all had no obvious difference. Conclusion The Wulign capsule has good regulating effect on the serum Gas and TGF-α levels and promotes the recovery of gastrointestinal function well.
