伸筋丹胶囊联合综合康复训练对肩手综合症患者肢体功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肩手综合症治疗中伸筋丹胶囊联合综合康复训练的应用价值。方法将90例肩手综合症患者随机分为3组,以单纯接受伸筋丹胶囊治疗者为A组,以单纯接受综合康复训练治疗者为B组,以接受伸筋丹胶囊联合综合康复训练者为C组,每组30例。对比3组肢体功能改善情况及治疗效果。结果入组时3组间FIM和ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义,在接受治疗3周后,C组FIM和ADL评分均高于A组及B组(P<0.05),而A组与B组间比较差异无统计学意义。在完成治疗3周后,C组治疗总有效率明显高于A组及B组(P<0.05),而A组与B组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论伸筋丹胶囊联合综合康复训练可显著改善肩手综合症患者的肢体功能及临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the application value of Shenjindan capsule combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on limb function recovery in patients with shoulder hand syndrome. Methods 90 patients with shoulder hand syndrome were randomly divided into three groups,group A received Shenjindan capsule,group B received comprehensive rehabilitation training,group C received Shenjindan capsule combined with rehabilitation training,30 cases in each group. The limb function improvement and treatment effect were compared among three groups. Results There was no significant difference among three groups in FIM and ADL score pre-treatment,after treatment of three weeks,the FIM and ADL score in group C were higher than those in group A and group B（ P〈0. 05）,while there was no significantly difference between group A and group B. After 3 weeks ＇treatment,the total efficacy in group C was higher than that in group A and group B（ P〈0. 05）,while there was no significantly difference between group A and group B. Conclusion Shenjindan capsule combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training could significantly improve the limb function of patients with shoulder hand syndrome and clinical treatment effect.
