摘　　要：榜样教育作为最传统、最普遍的教育方法之一已日渐式微,取而代之的是偶像崇拜。在青少年这一特殊的年龄群体中,偶像崇拜的现象则更为普遍。通过对埃里克森自我同一性理论的深度剖析,有助于从根本上理解并解决青少年"偶像崇拜"的白热化现象,从而引导青少年发展健康的心理机制,最终理性地选择偶像并对其进行科学合理的学习。The example education, one of the most traditional and common education methods, is not popular today. Idol worship is more common among the adolescents. A thorough analysis of Erikson＇s theory of self-identity can help understand and resolve the phenomenon of idolatry among adolescents, guide them to develop their healthy mental mechanism, choose and learn from their idols rationally.
