摘　　要：作为京津冀节点城市,保定提升文化软实力策略的研究讨论,得到地方政府及社会各界普遍重视;从区域具体文化资源的开发利用入手,以传统文化资源个案的保护传承为例,建议做好保定城市文化品牌,使文化产业化、系统化集群发展,走人才培养和资源开发创新一体化发展道路,旨在为区域文化软实力与产业经济发展的良性互动提供思路。As a point city of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the research and disc ussion of the strategy that enhancing Baoding ＇s cultural soft power, get widespread attention by the local government and the social science circles; this paper starting from the development and utilization of the regional specific cultural resources, and then taking protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage as an example. Advocated to do a good job of Baoding ＇s city culture brand, made culture cluster developed to industrialization and systematization and going an innovative and integrative development road of talent cultivation and resource development, which aims to provide ideas of the positive interaction between the regional cultural soft power and industrial economic development.
