摘 要:教学规范化管理,是全面提高教学质量的基础工作。教员在规范化管理中的角色目前还存在界定并不清楚的问题。本文围绕规范化教学管理中教员角色定位进行了分析、探讨,提出了教员不应是教学规范化管理中的被管理者,应成为教学规范化管理的受益者;应充分调动教员的积极性、主观能动性,使教学工作的管理真正有序规范地进行。Standardization management of teaching is often considered the basic work to improve fully teaching in quality. However,there still exists the problem how to define adequately the role of teacher in the standardization management. In this paper, we analyzed the role of teacher in the standardization management, and pointed out that the teacher was not the target for teaching management and should benefit by the standardization management of teaching. Subjective initiative of teacher should be brought into play thoroughly, which could make really teaching to operate normatively and well-orderly.
