基于人才需求变化的高职创新教育探究

摘  要:我国社会经济及产业结构的变化,导致社会对高职人才的要求也发生了相应的变化,从原来单纯的高素质技能人才转变为高素质的创新型技能人才,对创新能力方面的要求提升尤为显著。高职院校必须快速响应这一人才需求变化,针对当前高职创新教育中存在的问题采取相应的策略,并通过构建完整的高职创新能力培养体系、创建崇尚创新的校园文化、开设系统的创新能力培养项目以及建立科学的创新能力评价指标体系等措施,切实开展高职创新教育,增强高职学生的整体创新能力水平,满足社会、企业对高职人才的需求变化,从而更好地为国家以及地方经济发展服务,同时也有利于促进高职院校自身的内涵建设。Changes in Chinese social, economic and industrial structure of vocational talents lead to social demands corresponding changes have taken place, the transition from the original simple high skilled personnel for the high--quality and innovative skilled personnel, especially for innovation ability raise. Colleges must respond quickly to changes in demand this talent, take the appropriate strategy for the current problems of higher vocational innovation education, and carry out vocational innovative education effectively hy building a complete in vocational innovation training system, creating a campus culture that rewards in- novation, setting system of innovation capacity--building projects and establishing a scientific evaluation system innovation ca- pability and so on, to enhance the overall level of vocational students ability to innovate to meet the changes of social and enterprises demand for vocational talent, to better serve the national and local economic development, but also conducive to the promotion of vocational colleges connotation of its own construction.
