摘　　要：目的:观察三步五法正脊术对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者Cobb角的影响。方法:纳入60例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者,采用三步五法正脊术治疗,3周为1个疗程。比较患者治疗前、治疗后3周、1个月、12个月脊柱全长X线片Cobb角变化。结果:治疗前、治疗后3周、3个月、6个月、12个月后Cobb角分别为(14.96±3.15)°、(7.28±1.54)°、(5.28±2.02)°、(3.48±1.14)°、(3.25±0.85)°。治疗3周后Cobb角有不同程度减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月时Cobb角低于治疗后3周,随访6个月时Cobb角低于随访3个月,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访12个月患者Cobb角低于随访6个月,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三步五法正脊术可改善青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者脊柱侧凸程度,降低患者脊柱Cobb角。Objective： To observe the effects of three-step five-method spinesetting on the Cobb angle of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Methods： A total of 60 case of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis accepted the treat- ment of three-step five-method spinesetting, 3 weeks for a course. The changes of full-length spine X-ray Cobb angle were observed before treatment, and after treatment for 3 weeks, I month, and 12-month. Results： Before treatment, after treatment for 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, the Cobb angle was （14.96±3.15）°, （7. 28±1.54）°, （5.28±2.02）°, （3.48±1.14）° and （3.25±0.85）°. After 3 weeks of treatment, Cobb angle reduced in vary- ing degrees, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; follow-up at 3 months, Cobb angle was less than 3 weeks after treatment, follow-up at 6 months, Cobb angle was less than 3 months, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; follow-up at 12 months, the Cobb angle was less than the six months, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Three-step five-method spinesetting can improve the degree of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and reduce the patient＇s spine Cobb angle.
