摘  要:采用纯弯曲梁法对高强度钢X射线弹性常数(XECs)进行试验测定,分析试件表面电解腐蚀前后以及不同的电解腐蚀深度对残余应力测量结果的影响,得到钢结构表面预处理的操作方法。对高强度钢平板焊接试板残余应力的测量进行了验证试验,并与数据仿真结果进行了比较,结果表明,试板焊接残余应力分布与数值仿真结果基本一致,其中有2/3比对测点的残余应力测量偏差小于±25 MPa。In this paper, the X-ray elasticity using(XECs) of high-tensile steel was measured by experiment and an appropriate value was chose for the high-tensile steel. Then we studied the way to pre-treat the steel surface was studied and the effect of different corrosion depth or non-corrosion on the measurement results was analyzed. Finally the residual stress of weld test sample was measured and compared with the results of numerical simulation. The residual stress distribution of the test sample is in accordance with numerical simulation results. The measurement deviation between two-thirds ratio of relative points is less then ±25MPa.
