摘 要:针对为了燃弧检测装置的准确标定,搭建了一套燃弧检测装置定标实验平台,采用替代法对燃弧检测装置进行了光谱响应度的标定与最小功率密度的测量,分析了不确定度对实验数据进行运算分析,得到了对应波段的光谱响应度,通过细分法与等效面积方法相结合得到了250 nm^270 nm波段内燃弧检测装置的最小功率密度,并综合分析光谱响应度、最小功率密度、滤光片光谱透过率之间的关系,发现在滤光片透过率较高的波段内,燃弧检测装置的最小功率密度较小(即燃弧检测装置的灵敏度较好),最后对实验不确定度进行统计得到实验组合不确定度约为3.06%。燃弧检测装置的准确标定对于弓网维护提供实际指导意义,为后续的牵引供电系统检测进一步研究奠定基础。In this paper,a platform is established to accurately calibrate pantograph-catenary arc detection device( PCADD). It is further utilized for calibrating spectral responsivity( SR),measuring the minimum power density( MPD) and analyzing uncertainty based on the substitution method. By examining the experimental results,corresponding PR is obtained and MPD of PCADD from 250 nm to 270 nm band is also attained through combining methods of subdivision method and equivalent area. Moreover,the relationship among spectral responsivity,MPD and filter transmittance is studied,it is discovered that MPD is smaller in the higher band of filter transmittance. Finally,experimental combination of the uncertainty achieves around 3. 06% by calculating the experiments uncertainty.Precisely calibration of PCADD makes practical sense for pantograph-catenary protection and builds valid groundwork for detection of traction power system.
