摘　　要：高校扩招导致的负债影响着高校的可持续发展,破解高校负债发展的有效途径之一就是进行资产置换。在分析高校资产置换的含义、意义及操作程序的基础上,探讨了高校资产置换应注意的问题并提出了相关建议。The sustainable development of universities is a kind of dilemma due to the debt,which is resulted from the enrollment expansion. The solution to dilemma is to carry out the assets replacement. So,based on the analysis of the meaning and significance of the replacement of assets and the operation procedure,this study discusses the problems existing in the asset replacement,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
