种植牙在牙列缺损中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究种植牙在牙列缺损中临床应用。方法：对55例73颗种植牙病例进行临床分析并随访。结果：随访1~2年,成功71颗,失败2颗,成功率为97.26%。结论：种植牙是牙列缺损修复的首选治疗方案,其成功率与病例的选择、技术水平和操作技巧等有密切关系,努力提高种植牙的成功率,做到美学与功能俱佳,是种植牙的核心要求。Objective：To study the application of dental implant in dentition defect on clinic.Method：The 73 implanted teeth in 55 cases were analyzed and followed up.Result：During the 1 year to 2 years follow-up,there were 71 teeth successfully implanted and 2 failed.The success rate was 97.26%.Conclusion：Dental implant is the first choice to repair dentition defect.The success rate is closely related to the choice of cases,technical level,operating technique,etc.The major requirement of dental implant is trying to improve the success rate and achieve perfection both aesthetically and functionally.
