空气推注及自制探针在新生儿泪囊炎应用中的相关体会

摘　　要：目的:观察空气推注及自制探针在新生儿泪囊炎中的安全性及有效性。方法:对2014年1-11月笔者所在医院收治的126例(147眼)新生泪囊炎患儿,利用空气推注及自制探针进行探通,观察术中及术后的安全性和效果。结果:第一次探通成功144眼,成功率97.96%;在失败的3只眼中,1眼探通时无突破感,放弃探通;2只眼出现假道,休息2 d后探通成功,成功率100%。无不良反应发生。结论:空气推注及自制探针在新生儿泪囊炎探通中是简单安全有效的。Objective：To observe the safety and effectiveness of the application in congenital dacryocystitis by pushing air and homemade probe.Method：Pushing air and homemade probe were used to treat congenital dacryocystitis in 147 eyes of 126 patients in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2014,and the safety and effectiveness during the probing and after the probing were observed.Result：144 eyes of the 147 cases were successful by the first probing（97.96%）.In the 3 cases of failing probing,one case was given up the probing because of lacking the sense of breakthrough and pseudo-canal was arised in two cases,but the second probing were successful after two days rest,so the successful rate of second probing was 100%.There was no side effect.Conclusion：The application of pushing air and homemade probe in congenital dacryocystitis is simple,safe and efficient.
