摘  要:以全缘马尾藻(Sargassum integerrimum)幼孢子体为对象,采用中心复合设计和响应曲面法,研究了温度(18~25℃)与盐度(27~33)对其生长的联合效应。结果表明,温度与盐度对全缘马尾藻幼孢子体生长的影响具有明显联合效应,温度的影响大于盐度。21.5℃、盐度30条件下,幼孢子体的体长增长率和体宽增长率均达到最大值,但易滋生杂藻;在光照强度5000lx、温度16.5~26.5℃和盐度25.8~34.2时,温度与盐度的一次、二次效应以及二者间的联合效应对全缘马尾藻幼孢子体生长的影响无统计学意义差异(P〉0.05),表明此范围为全缘马尾藻幼孢子体生长的适宜温度与盐度范围。全缘马尾藻幼孢子体长度的平均增长率与温度、盐度的二次回归方程模型拟合效果较好。Using center composite design and response surface method,the combined effects of temperature and salinity on the growth rate(GR) of Sargassum integerrimum germlings were studied. The results showed that temperature and salinity affected the GR of S. intrgerrimum seedlings distinctly,and the effect of temperature was greater than that of salinity. The maximum body length growth rate(LGR) and maximum body width growth rate(WGR) were reached when the 2-factor combination was 21.5 ℃ /30,however,attached seaweeds were also easy to grow. Under the light intensity 5 000 lx,temperature 16.5-26.5 ℃ and salinity 25.8-34.2,the linear and quadratic effects of temperature,salinity and their joint effect are not statistically significant(P〉0.05). It is indicated that the temperature and salinity range are suitable for germlings to grow. The quadratic regression equation model of average length growth rate,temperature and salinity performs better.
