内界膜填塞治疗高度近视黄斑孔性视网膜脱离

摘　　要：目的观察内界膜填塞治疗高度近视黄斑孔性视网膜脱离的效果。方法回顾性分析2014年7月至2015年6月我治疗小组收治的22例（22只眼）高度近视黄斑孔性视网膜脱离，均行23G玻璃体切除术及内界膜填塞，并进行玻璃体腔硅油填充6只眼，C3F8气体或空气填充16只眼。术后随访3个月，观察黄斑孔闭合及视网膜复位情况。结果术中1只眼未成功剥离内界膜，1只眼未成功填塞内界膜。术后19只眼黄斑孔闭合并且视网膜复位，治愈率86．36％（19／22）；3只眼视网膜复位，但黄斑孔未闭，占13．64％（3／22）。结论内界膜填塞治疗高度近视黄斑孔性视网膜脱离效果良好，并且大多不必填充硅油。Objective To observe the effect of inner limiting membrane packing for the treatment of macular hole retinal detachment in high myopia. Methods The clinical data of 22 eyes of 22 high myopia patients with macular hole retinal detachment from July 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent 23 G vitrectomy, inner limiting membrane packing and vitreous tamponade with silicone oii in 6 eyes,with C3Fs or air in 16 eyes. The macular hole closure rate and retinal anatomical reattachment rate were observed for 3 months after the surgery. Results In 1 case the inner limiting membrane was not successfully removed and the inner limiting membrane was not successfully packed in 1 case. The macular hole closed and the retina reattached in 19 eyes, and the curative rate was 86.3% （19/22）. There were 3 cases accounting for 13.64% （3/22） whose retinas were reattached but the macular holes were not closed. Conclusion Inner limiting membrane packing for the treatment of macular hole retinal detachment in high myopia is effective and most of the eyes don＇ t need to fill with silicone oil.
